The Director of Investigations oversee and facilitate investigations in India. This role conducts confidential investigations of a diverse scope into allegations of violation of law, Code of Conduct, or Company policies and procedures across all business areas. The Director of Investigations will closely collaborate with other functions, such as HR, Internal Audit, and Quality in conducting investigations, updating key stakeholders on the progress of investigations, and tracking implementation of corrective actions. Direct responsibility for the initial assessment of internal allegations and report of complaints; investigating allegations, assertions, and complaints regarding compliance concerns, risks of potential violations; preparing periodic reports and, as necessary, findings and conclusions for the Chief Compliance Officer, senior management team, the Compliance Committee, and the Executive Reporting Committee. A Compliance expert on the application of external regulations and compliant business practices, the incumbent will help guide the Company\xe2\x80\x99s objective and efficient handling of investigations in India. This role will promote the culture of compliance and speak up culture in India through conducting trainings and education on the company\xe2\x80\x99s investigation process, updating policies and procedures, creating Speak up materials and updates, as needed. This role will serve as a subject matter expert and provide analyses of key activities, processes, and policies/procedures to maintain and improve Endo\xe2\x80\x99s processes and controls.
