Age Group: 30 Years to 40 Years
Qualification : BE/ B. Tech/ M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Position Job Band: 8
- Plant Availability: Plan, organize and monitor maintenance activities for optimum plant availability in Mechanical discipline as per the targets to meet production requirement.
- Cost Control: Plan, Monitor & Control cost (S&S and RPM) as per budget in mechanical maintenance activities in order to optimize maintenance costs.
- System implementation: Ensure implementation of various systems for through involvement of employees and for improving plant all-round performance
- People Management & Development: To build & sustain a conductive work culture within department to improve productivity, growth & improvements in department performance for overall objective of unit along with motivating employees to institutionalize for bring innovation, creativity, best practices to replicate in the Unit by effective management of people for development of them
- Continuous Improvement: Study and recommend Capex jobs for equipment upgradation/debottlenecking to improve plant availability and productivity.
- Safety/Statutory compliance: Monitor safety measures and safety practices to ensure accident free working. To improve safety and productivity & ensure compliance of Factory & environment related requirements
