FleetHunt Technologies is a telematics provider based out of Moga, Punjab. We started as GPS tracking providers for the trucking industry while gradually expanding our services to include GPS tracking, fleet management service, and dual-dash cams. Currently, we operate in Canada, Ghana, India, and the Philippines working with companies of all sizes. About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls on time
2. Follow the communication scripts when handling different topics
3. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
4. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
5. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
6. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
7. Attend the training sessions to improve knowledge and performance level
8. Meet the personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
9. Track record of achieving quota
