Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head with a proven track record in selling value-based solutions, preferably in the HR domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through market research, lead generation, and sales activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in both B2B and B2C environments and a strong understanding of product-as-a-service business models.

Responsibilities :

- Identify potential clients and their hiring needs and develop strategies to sell our value-based solutions.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and generate sales leads.

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

- Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with clients to close deals.

- Work closely with the product development team to understand and communicate customer needs.

- Stay up to date with market trends and expand network by participating in industry events and conferences.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Keep up to date with changes in the market and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

- Degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

- At least 8 years of experience in value selling, preferably in the HR domain.

- Proven track record of generating sales leads, nurturing leads, and closing deals.

- Proficient in conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and delivering sales presentations.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Experience in selling product as service in both B2B and B2C environments.

- Proven experience in working with a startup or hyper-growth company is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
