Job Description
:
- Plan, organize & control effective security arrangements in plant, mines & township area to safeguard unit assets & employees.
- Ensure timely maintenance of fire-fighting equipments and operate during emergencies within short notice.
- Liaison with law enforcement authorities, Road Transport officers & maintaining good repo with local police & villagers for supporting the business activities of the unit.
- Assess and identify Emergency Handling related training need of Security crew and accordingly train the security personnel to handle in case of emergency in the plant & township.
- Coordinate & monitor activities for administration of plant, colony to meet satisfaction of employees & customers.
