Job Purpose:

1) To ensure the adherence of all policies , procedures & SOPs of the organization 2) Monitoring the Daily & weekly cost showing the variable cost of Cement 3) Preparation & review of Monthly Projected Cost , Flash cost & Actual Cost statement to ensure that all the consumption ratios & costs are with in the budget & to ensure whether the cost of naked & packed cement per bag is with in budget. 4) To ensure the accuracy to be maintained while preparing the annual Budget & to adhere the guidelines & procedures & to coordinate with concerned department 5) Procurement of materials of best quality in Cheapest rate 6) Handling & review of complete Material Management , Procurement stores & services. 7 Cost effective finalization of Orders & Services 8) Negotiation & Finalization of Materials & Service Contracts.9) Coordination with UKSC, CFD & CPC 10) Handling various internal,statutory, cost audits etc.11) Ensuring all statutory compliance 12) Team Development for succession plan

Regular monitoring of advances ensuring maximum credit period

Job Context & Major Challenges:

1) Ensuring availability of raw materials and S & S 2) Timely execution of various service contracts 3) Coordination with HO,CFD, UKSC & CPC 4) Ensuring timely MIS submission to various wings of the company 6) Handling of leased unit located at Siliguri
