What success looks like in this role:

• Perform all advanced level database support activities (Physical and Logical) including Incident Management and Service Request Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and execute Change Management and Problem Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor system performance, provide service availability, schedule maintenance tasks, perform regular health checks and troubleshoot event logs for normal operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Apply documented system and security patches in order to ensure the security and stability of the environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform advanced/deep technical level troubleshooting and handling of SEV1/SEV2 incidents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform Problem Management (Proactive & Reactive), execute complex change requests and complex projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement automation of standard activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 POC for crisis calls, disaster recovery planning, vendor escalations and management meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead knowledge transition. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute and lead improvement drives in order to promote continuous improvement within Services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Produce problem reports, root cause analysis (RCA) reports, and environment stabilization reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide detailed implementation plans and detailed project plans for complex projects /environment migrations, technical documentation, continuous improvement progress reports (Automation Report, Standardization) and knowledge transition plans.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• University degree or equivalent education and experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 8 years of domain experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Multi-skilled in a minimum of 2 DBMS technologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced understanding of Database Technology / Architecture Advanced technical skills should include: \xe2\x80\xa2 High Availability & Clustering \xe2\x80\xa2 MS SQL Always On, Mirroring, Replication \xe2\x80\xa2 Oracle Multi Node RAC, OEM, Dataguard, RMAN, PDB/CDB \xe2\x80\xa2 Oracle EXADATA appliance \xe2\x80\xa2 MYSQL / Postgress / SQL Azure DB / AWS RDS / MongoDB \xe2\x80\xa2 Migration Database skills from ON-Premise to AWS / Azure Recommended Certifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 MSSQL server - 2012/2016 \xe2\x80\xa2 Oracle Expert - OCE 11g/12c \xe2\x80\xa2 AWS Cloud Professional \xe2\x80\xa2 Azure-MCSA Cloud platform \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced PowerShell / shell scripting

The specific skills needed for this project involve:

• Salesforce platform and developer tools

• Integration tool Mulesoft from Salesforce

The solution is a COTS SaaS called Clariti by Clariti Software. It is a low-code platform which requires mainly configuration of forms, letters, and workflows. Integration involve financial payment solution LexisNexis, user authentication Okta, JD Edwards ERP, Selectron, and Incode. The solution can leverage developer tools and APIs from Salesforce.
