The Role: Sr. Administrator, Office and Operations Support The Location: Bangalore WHAT YOU WILL DO- Sr. Administrator, Office, and Operations Support is responsible for the management of Operational Initiatives at S&P Global, Bangalore office. You will provide strategic guidance, operational expertise and day-to day management for all meetings and events including large size programs for all meeting formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid) - including senior leadership visits, staff townhalls, celebration of festivals and other celebratory occasions. You will act as a first point of contact for all events planned internally and externally including preparing and communicating the annual events and communication calendar. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing the relationship with internal stakeholders (meeting owners) as a thought partner in innovation and operational excellence. This role will be responsible for overseeing, managing and flawless execution of the following areas: event strategy including format, cadence, dates, and city/site selection, evaluation and selection of venues, suppliers and platforms. You will be responsible for the execution of the program including but not limited to logistics (including meeting space management, F&B, evening events, etc.), technology, production, design, communication, security.
