Your key responsibilities Senior Manager:

• 
  You will be involved in providing objective advice, expertise, guidance, and specialist skills with the aim of achieving the project targets
• Lead client engagements and oversee across work-streams
• Lead engagement conversation with CXOs of the client organization
• Develop solutions to customer challenges and identify gaps and areas of improvement
• Manage engagement economics and receivables, project resources, and team utilization
• Lead the delivery/execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand, and client expectations
• Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-views
• Demonstrate significant industry/solution expertise
• Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor, and coach
• Support people\xe2\x80\x99s development through guidance and feedback
• Ensure compliance with the firm\xe2\x80\x99s standards, processes, and policies

Skills and attributes for success

• Expertise in the areas listed \xe2\x80\x93 Operations & Business Services engagements covering, but not limited to, Program Management, Shared Services Optimization, Service Delivery Management, Outsourcing Advisory, Sourcing Strategy, Location Advisory, Operating Model Design, and Shared Services Implementation
• Focus on business development
• In-depth understanding of the GBS landscape, with a strategic view of the upcoming trends
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Professional networking skills, Client relationship management, and account management skills
• Program management, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams and clients

To qualify for the role you must have

• MBA from Premier Institute
• 8 - 12 years of relevant post-MBA experience
• Consulting background preferred or Industry background (Business excellence / functional role/ Solution / Sales)
• Expertise in two or more of the areas listed \xe2\x80\x93 EBITDA improvement/ Go to Market Strategy / Commercial Diligence / Enterprise growth
• Deep understanding of the technology sector. Understanding of strategy & operations of leading organizations in IT-BPO, ITeS, New age B2B SaaS & technology product space
• Hands-on experience in leading enterprise-wide cost optimization, revenue upliftment, and operational efficiency improvement initiative across technology sub-sectors
• Background of strategy & operations practice in Big4 & boutique strategy consulting firms highly preferred

Base Location and Travel

• Gurgaon (also open for Mumbai and Bangalore)
• The Manager would be required to travel to client locations
