The Identity Access Management (IAM) - Data Referential team implements IT Security access controls for new applications and is responsible for Quality data on-boarding in SailPoint platform

Position Purpose



The IAM - Data Referential team provides global support for on-boarding new applications, Configures and manages data within SailPoint through valid approvals. Deletion of obsolete resources and Also, manages Business role creation for all regions. Auto provisioning of user access is key element for Data Referential scope



Responsibilities



Direct Responsibilities

  • Handle mailbox, service tickets within the defined TAT
  • Produces performance reporting (KPI/dashboard)
  • Manage Functional Role Code (FRC) for OU Entity mapping
  • On-board new resources and its related entitlements, workflows, etc. and manage them in Sailpoint
  • On-boarding of new business roles
  • Co-ordination on urgent tickets from end users
  • Ownership of tasks / issues
  • Good understanding of financial industry and operating environment is an advantage

Contributing Responsibilities
  • Awareness of IAM methodology and principles
  • Awareness of GDPR principles
  • Complete understanding about Business role concept
  • Familiarity with auto provisioning tools for e.g. ePassport will be added advantage
  • Strong understanding of controls in an Identity and Access Management- OPERATIONS environment
  • Familiarity with the reporting tools such as Business Objects
  • Must be open to working in rotational working hours.
  • Competent in Excel or Powerbi to build / develop spreadsheets and analyse data
  • Must demonstrate ethical responsibility, maturity, and discretion
  • Must be able to identify the risk and provide solution from compliance and security risk point of view
