Key Result Areas / Accountabilities Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions Talent Acquisition \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent \xe2\x80\xa2 Sourcing candidates from various channels \xe2\x80\x93 direct, online job portals, screening employee referrals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Aligning interviews, candidate feedbacks, pre-joining employee connects \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement initiatives to enhance employee retention and reduce turnover rates \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure to fill the positions in the defined TAT \xe2\x80\xa2 Improve processes to reduce cycle time for recruitment Talent Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with managers to identify talent gaps, succession planning, and skills development initiatives Performance Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive performance management closures \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance on performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms to drive employee engagement and productivity Page 1/4 Managing & partnering with external vendors \xe2\x80\xa2 Scan the environment to ensure best practices offered by various vendors \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and continuously evaluate the outsourcing agencies for effective service \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure Service Level Agreements are being adhered to Career Planning & Talent Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive program to identify and prepare corporate talent to take up the next roles in their professional journey \xe2\x80\xa2 Devise processes to identify superior talent and create opportunities for them \xe2\x80\xa2 Constantly drive hiring of qualified corporate talent through structured sources of hiring at all levels. HR Analytics - Managing Cost Overheads & budget for recruitment and HR Engagement activities by continuously monitoring budget vs actuals month on month - Identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement in HR processes Rewards, Recognition & Engagement \xe2\x80\xa2 Build a system for measuring, tracking and recognizing exceptional business performance & individual performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive Employee engagement activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive the culture of recognition \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and adapt engagement activities with the help of brands Driving Culture initiatives Organizational Relationships Reports to \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive actions at organization, department and people manager level basis employee engagement survey scores \xe2\x80\xa2 Track the progress of action planning

Minimum Experience Level:
3-6 Years
