To assist HOD (HR) in planning, coordinating and execution in effective implementation of performance appraisal activities as per the guidelines in the organization.
Co-ordinate and preparation of compensation details and Planning & Budgeting exercise as per CHRD norms.
To assist in HOD (HR) in planning, organizing and co-ordinate the entire recruitment process (Internal & External) as per the requirement of the organization.
Data Analysis of report and derive causes for deviation and suggest solutions.
Develop Standard analytics for HR Department.
Develop SOP\'s for Standardization of Regular activities.
100% Compliance of SO and CFSA as per schedule.
Improve GRT Score by ensuring HR office upkeep and ensure team participation in submitting Kaizen, Near Miss and OPL.
Vibes/ Team Vibes (Management Cadre), Voices (Staff Cadre) actions plan & implementation of the same at plant for improvement. Implementation of BHR/ GHR OD & OE initiatives. Organizing Employee Engagement activities in line with Unit Plan.
Qualifications:
MBA,Master of HRD,Master in Human Resource Mgmt Minimum Experience Level: 5-10 Years
