About the internship

The human resources TA coordinator will work in cooperation with store partners on a daily basis in order to assist with the seasonal recruitment of hourly associates for stores utilizing the Taleo recruitment system. In addition, the HR TA coordinator must create effective working relationships with internal employees and business partners and must work well with many different levels of management. This role provides administrative support to the HR function as needed, including record-keeping.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support stores with seasonal recruitment needs
2. Toggle and use Taleo recruitment system, GSuite, and other software as required
3. Provide excellent customer service when responding to inquiries via email
