Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates for sales executives, field executives, banking sales, tele-callers, inside bank sales, inside retail store sales
2. Handle end-to-end recruitment
3. Identify candidates via job boards, social networking sites, referrals, headhunting, market mapping, and through your professional networks
4. Source and screen candidates
5. Conduct interviews to identify the best candidates to fit the client need
6. Work directly with client account managers and business development heads to understand the requirement, present qualified candidates, and coordinate interview scheduling
7. Provide feedback to both candidates and clients regarding interviews, and facilitate communication during the offer stage
8. Negotiate with candidates to identify a compensation level that is fair and competitive to both parties

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (? 1500 per per joined candidate).
