freemium users through impactful, data-driven and creative marketing. As a content marketing professional, you will be the driving force behind establishing a process-driven culture of working that enables cross functional synergies & raising the bar on content marketing excellence.

You will be responsible for re-wiring the existing marketing & communications process to deliver improved awareness and anticipation for Movies & Specials releases on Disney Hotstar. You will also be responsible for developmental & experimental long lead content marketing initiatives. Last but not the least, you will be executing Disney Hotstar's vision of building an entertainment destination intrinsic to the lives of consumers.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for developing and scrutinizing creative briefs, oversee and help creative communications team appreciate the title marketing agenda in totality
Work closely with in-house creative team for all creative campaigns & ensuring prioritization of projects basis platform & business requirements
Responsible for long lead marketing for Movies & Specials resulting in improved awareness, buzz and anticipation
Raise the bar on the nature & extent of usage of platform data & consumer cohorts in crafting marketing outreach initiatives
Establishing a culture of mapping inputs to outputs on every piece of title marketing project by maintaining campaign reports and dashboards
Responsible for collaboration with category & analytics teams & culling out timely platform insights that can shape forward looking / developmental marketing projects
Create the playbook for Long Lead marketing which includes cross functional teams & combining the best practices of traditional theatrical marketing and digital content marketing
Develop strong and meaningful relationships with Production Houses and Talent that we partner with
Work cross-functionally with Platform, Content, Social, PR, Digital and Creative Communication teams to develop marketing creatives and ideas and collaborate with Production houses and Talent to build campaigns that build massive buzz and makes our titles and platform stand apart in a crowded market
Manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously and solve the key challenges of quality and quantity from a marketing perspective
Collaborate with analytics /product/growth teams to develop frameworks & analytical models to predict outcomes (viewership growth or subscription growth) on the back of differential marketing investments with the aim of maximizing ROI and optimizing CAC on marketing campaigns.

WHAT TO BRING You love entertainment and consume ridiculous amounts of content - Movies, Shows
At least 8 years of experience in building strategic and creative consumer marketing campaigns preferably with a background in entertainment media (TV and/or film) or worked with a top innovative brand, advertising or media agency with an emphasis on long form Content Marketing.
Progressive experience at film production companies is preferred
Have deep knowledge in running a 360-campaign, from strategy development to tactical execution (including AV/trailers, digital/social, print and out-of-home)
Understanding of the digital ecosystem, current marketing trends in acquisition as well as brand-building, marketing opportunities
Should understand analytics - marketing, social and media - to evaluate performance and impact of creative campaigns to aid optimization of marketing campaigns
Is a cross-functional collaborative professional who can engage, listen and collaborate with internal teams to align on overall strategy and goals as well as creative partners including production houses and talent
Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously working both independently and in close collaboration with a variety of stakeholders
Are unafraid to take risks and can pivot without getting stalled by challenges along the way
Education: Any Graduate
