Job Responsibilities:

• Pre commissioning studies / audits in mineral processing industry prior to startup.
• Commissioning of mineral processing equipment/system in a safe & time bound manner.
• Conduct performance guarantee tests.
• Optimization of existing plants/equipment to increase efficiency & productivity.
• Conduct process audits in existing plants to increase recovery & yield.
• Lead a multi discipline team to start process plants/equipment.
• Maintaining proper protocols / check lists at different stages of startup.
• Trouble shooting during start up.

• Knowledge in commissioning & operation of mineral processing equipment.
• Knowledge of basic instrumentation & automation systems.
• Ability to handle diverse clients & coordinate with various engineering departments to successfully commission & handover mineral processing equipment/systems.
• Knowledge of wet processing equipment like communition system, grinding system, filtration & sedimentation equipment & basic knowledge of pyro process systems.
• Preferable operation work experience in coal beneficiation, phosphate beneficiation, iron ore beneficiation, aluminum, copper, gold, lithium.
• Good trouble shooting skills & ability to adapt to diverse client/customer environments.
