Right now we have an exciting opportunity for a Commissioning Engineer- Control System to join our Automation Service Team on full-time basis. You will be part of Service Team serving all Domestic and Global Customers.

You will be working with 23 other colleagues in Automation-Control System Service Team.

Education:

• BE or Diploma (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation)
• Experience: 3 to 13 Years.

• Installation, Supervision and Commissioning of Control & Instrumentation Systems which includes
• Commissioning of Complete Instrumentation & Control Systems in
• Cement, Mining Industries & CPPs.
• Travelling to domestic and global site for Commissioning
• Services/Troubleshooting/AMCs/Site Audits.
• Ensuring Equipment and Personal Safety in all aspects.
• Co-ordination with customer + contractor + Chennai office.
• Responsible for site documentation - Project schedule, Site reports,
• Learning reports, Protocols, Punch lists & Check lists.
• Reports the work progress in relation to quality standards.
• Need to contribute more on developing Service Business and to
• adhere department guidelines
• Contribute to generate sales leads.
• Effectively communicates relevant information to project stake holders and management.
• Confronts and resolves issues openly and quickly.
• Promotes creative and innovative thinking within the team to increase efficiency of the department.
• Focus on On-time delivery with the expected quality.
• He or She has the responsibility of ensuring that projects are executed within the established time and cost budgets.
• Ensures periodic project reviews and reporting are done on time.

• Handle complete installation and commissioning of Control Systems individually or as a team depending upon the size of the project, supplied to Cement and Mining Industries across the Globe and the project types could be green field, brown field and upgrades
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities through effective time management in order to deliver on client's expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organisation
• Self-motivation and the ability to perform well under pressure
• Flexible with a positive attitude and are able to take instructions
• Possibility to assist outside normal office hours.
• Good planning and organizing skills for prioritizing concurrent tasks.
• Should be a team player with good command in English.
• Delivering Results and meeting customer Expectations is the key.
• Should be self-motivated with positive attitude.
• Extensive travel is a must. ( Around 250 to 300 days in a Year)

• PLC/DCS programming/testing/Commissioning for Siemens/Rockwell/ABB/Schneider Systems.
• Programming/testing of Intelligent MCCs
• SCADA/HMI programming/testing.
• Site supervision for C&I and Control system equipment installation/ commissioning in Cement/Material Handling/Mineral Processing industries.
• Experience in FLS- Automation ECS (v7/v8) will be an added advantage.
• Industrials Protocols like Modbus, Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet, Device Net etc.
