Job Description
A cross functional role with multiple departments across 4 facilities in the world to build on business strategies and drive innovation alongside the leadership.
- Responsible for liaising with commercial teams across group companies.
- Work closely with sourcing teams and maintain position file of Key commodities.
- Assess company\'s performance on key customers and report profitability customer-wise, commodity-wise & region-wise.
- Assist in driving new business and take lead in liaising with new vendors and managing the herbal tea ingredients sales.
- Participate on the consolidated Group Business plan and track progress and report to the Management team
- 5-6 years of experience in b2b agriculture/commodity company
- Quick learner, Problem-solving, Self-Initiator, Willingness to grow faster.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good in Data Analysis & Data Visualisation.
- Willingness to travel on business needs.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office.
- Young & Energetic.
