Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual for Commercial Manager. You should have incredible business management skills and a strategic mindset to think out of the box. To be successful in this job role, you should maintain the good relationship with clients and have quick decision-making skills and great attention to detail. :

  • Working on current products and services, improving them by incorporating inventive new products and assisting in reaching a wider audience.
  • Conducting market research & analysis, which involves checking out the competition and examining alternative platforms.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as forming alliances and tying up with organizations in both the Indian and international markets.
  • Attending webinars, conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Preparing presentations and reports for the company and the client.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets for Partnerships and business development.
  • Serve as primary point of contact with the external parties to secure new business, tie ups and partnerships.
  • Researching the needs of other companies and networking with them.
  • Helping to create a marketing strategy which supports and extends marketing initiatives.
  • Management of Social Media Campaigns to attract audience and increase user base.
  • Creating Brand Awareness and the clients on all the channels possible.
  • Assist with Social Media Performance Report
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
Skills, Requirements and Experience:
  • Minimum of a MBA in Marketing, Product Development or equivalent
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a senior management position in ecommerce platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure with capability to lead the Commercial Team
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Having a good revenue generating network or an order book.
Compensation: As per market scales and performance
