The Chef will be responsible for preparing dishes in the Indian cuisine style, managing the kitchen, and ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards for taste and presentation. Additionally, the Chef will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen. Qualifications Experience in cooking Indian cuisine Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking methods and recipes Experience managing a kitchen and a team of kitchen staff Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to manage inventory and order supplies Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Formal culinary training or equivalent experience Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed Experience in other regional cuisines of India is a plus
