We aim to help people discover and connect with the vibrant community and diverse sectors in and around Mangalore. Role Description This is a full-time role as a Chef intern at itsmangalore. The Chef intern will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. The intern will also have the opportunity to learn and create new recipes, collaborate with the team on menu development, and contribute to the overall culinary experience. This is a hybrid role, with the intern expected to work primarily in Mangaluru but with the flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Experience in food preparation and cooking Knowledge of culinary techniques and equipment Ability to follow recipes and instructions Attention to detail and organization Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for food and creativity in culinary arts Flexibility to work in Mangaluru and remotely Experience or interest in local cuisine and flavors is a plus
