You must spend a great deal of time making and cooking different varieties of pizza and other dishes offered by PizzaExpress. You must follow the guidelines put forth by the company when making PizzaExpress menu items.

  • Perform all that is required of a Pizzaiolo to a high level.
  • Demonstrate impeccable knowledge of PizzaExpress (PE) food, standards, and policies.
  • Ensure you and your colleague follow the protocols of Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and PE policies & procedures.
  • Maintain food quality so that only dishes delivered to the correct standard reach our guests.
  • Positive, energetic, and passionate about food
  • You will participate in an atmosphere where great conversations flow over great food.
Responsibilities towards your team
  • Attend meetings and team briefings, with clear and open communication with your colleagues on a regular basis.
  • Communicate with your manager / Pizzaiolo Trainer / Senior Pizzaiolo and team members for a smooth working atmosphere.
  • Support your Senior Pizzaiolo to provide great service by helping them with your outstanding Pizza making skills.
  • Learn how to resolve customer complaints and co-worker\xe2\x80\x99s quarrels and work towards receiving positive customer feedback.
  • Support the team when implementing standards, systems, and processes.
Responsibilities towards Restaurant
  • Follow food quality, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and PE policies & procedures and ensure they are also followed by your colleagues.
  • Manage the Food Pass efficiently in accordance with the Food Sequence procedure
  • Adapt, translate, and break down in a simple manner, processes, so you can perform your work with utmost excellence.
  • Implement new menu / procedures / standards effectively as a part of team, working with the Sr. Pizzaiolo and Pizzaiolo
Trainer.
  • Manage kitchen systems and processes and ensure you follow them.
  • Contribute to the success of the business by carrying out any reasonable request from your line man.
  • Ensure that kitchen is closed at the end of service to standard.
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of current Menus.
