Job Description
Job responsibility : -
- Deliver high quality training that follows company methodology, and matches to the skills
- Regularly coordinate with the Training Excellence Manager regarding all training activities and
- Enable the Counselor and Sales Officer to be more independent sales people
- Manage the early assessment process and implement growth plan for students, so their skills
- Work with the Regional Placement Manager in mid and final assessments to gauge employability
- Counsel students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts and greater acceptance of placement
- Engage with students and their parents and provide feedback on student\xe2\x80\x99s progress and learning
- Work with Training Excellence manager to incorporate student feedback into future processes
- Successfully articulate and promote the differentiators and brand value of EduBridge graduates.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the job market, centre operational challenges &
- Supporting the Centre teams in the Training process
- Maintaining a 100% Adherence to SOPs
- Building good and strong relationships with clients
- Build transparency with students throughout the training & placements process
- Morning shift
- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- TRAINING/TEACHING: 2 years (Preferred)
- CRM: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- Local language for Bangalore (Preferred)
