Setting up payout models for affiliates and partners basis valid lead criteria
Working on CRM projects
Managing entire Analytics - Google Analytics (GA 360 & GA4), and coordinating with the analytics agency for dashboards, automated reports, reviews, billing etc
Working on the Online Customer Journey tracking - and audience segmentation buckets
Setting up more efficient models of lead generation and tracking
Requirements
Education: MBA / Post Graduation
o 6 years + experience in Analytics (preferably in BFSI industry)
o Good understanding of Digital, Programmatic, Paid campaigns and marketing tech, along with strong knowledge of analytic tools
o Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
o Good verbal and written communication skills
o Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
o Analytical mindset and ability to derive insights out of data
o Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high quality output in a short span of time
