Job Description
We are looking Customer Care Executive - Call Centre Trainer (CCE) for PMKVY scheme. This job will allow you to work under Delhi Police's prestigious skill development program YUVA, This is a unique program to work inside Police stations and skill Youth, We are looking for candidates who can join within 5 days.Key Job Responsibilities:
- Candidates having similar experience with ToT certificates in relevant industry will be preferred.
- Responsible for effective domain training and ready to candidates for future Jobs.
- Responsible for monitoring the quality of training being imparted and maintain the standards at the center.
- Apply innovative teaching tools and techniques to check absenteeism and retain the candidates for the entire training duration.
- Report to Centre In-charge regarding extraordinary candidates/success stories etc
- Follow the Activity Cum lesson planner for particular Trade
- Ensure 75% attendance for classroom training
- Prepare and submit the daily reports using the given Reporting Formats.
2. Experience: 1-3 years of relevant teaching experience and management in similar capacity.
3. Knowledge and Skills:
- Good and effective communication skills having fluency in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
- Good at delivering the selling technique to trainees.
- Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Able to effectively deliver the course and content to the trainees.
