Profile: Customer Support Associate / Customer Care Executive Location:Delhi/ncr Job Type: Full Time (Rotational Shifts)- Different shift available from morning onwords Last shift ends by 10 pm Scope and Purpose The job of a Customer Support Associate will be responsible for taking incoming calls from our customer base and addressing customer issues and concerns within the defined scope of support. The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our customer service policies and know when issues need to be escalated to the management staff for resolution. Key Responsibilities Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment. To consult the supervisor in regards to any escalations. Attend all briefing and de-briefing sessions. Continuous upgrade on Clients processes and policies Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed To complete and deliver any delegation that has been given from superiors.
