Job Description
Should have Experience of at least 1 to 4 years in software support.
/Responsibilities
* Client Coordination
* Hands on Experience on SQL Server.
* Good written & communication skills.
* Defining Client Requirements and Communicating with Seniors in the Company.
* Software Customization /Configuration in accordance with client requirement.
* Online Support to Client Staff.
* Training to Client Staff at Client Location.
* Understand functional specifications.
* Understand database model and design.
* Record work progress on a weekly basis.
* Maintain Support & Service related documentation.
* Ability to work alone or in teams.
Education: BCA/MCA/B. Sc (IT).
Skills & Knowledge: C#, SQL Server, Lan Configuration, Hardware & Networking.
