Job Description
Responsibilities: Conduct and supervise training and development. Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities. Conduct orientation sessions Continuously focus on the associate development needs. Programs to focus on a variety of topics, including product knowledge, customer service and leadership skills. Conduct training and assessments to assess the candidates, design and develop training programs and facilitate the delivery of programs. Coordinating the placements, internship etc. for the candidates and doing the follow up. Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Salary: 910,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
