- This is a front-line sales position and is responsible for direct revenue conversion- Providing counselling to all walk-ins viz students/ parents- Be an interface between Co. and the prospective candidates- Assisting the prospective customers to choose the right program and helping them in the registration process. This involves follow up calls to the visited candidates.- Ensure maintaining the business targets and other front office compliance- Ensure that Centre targets are at a level to meet the overall objectives of the organization- Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target- Involves outbound calls for support walk-in generation- Demonstrated strategic ability- Excellent oral and written communication- High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management- Ability to influence and negotiate with customers at all levels- Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone, email & face to face)- Ability to establish/maintain credibility with all customers- Strong in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills (ref:updazz.com)
