Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and ad extension optimization to improve campaign performance. Create and manage Google Ads budgets and bidding strategies to ensure optimal ROI. Perform A/B testing, analyze campaign data, and make data-driven adjustments to improve ad performance. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Google Ads updates to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective online advertising strategy. Qualifications A Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on performance marketing Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and provide recommendations to clients Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Experience with other digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. is a plus Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
