Job Summary

• Should have sound knowledge of Distance Education Programmes.
• Responsible for enrollment of students in Distance Education Programmes through schools, Institutions, Corporates.
• Business Development Officer will be responsible for enrollment of working people from Government and Private Companies.
• Daily reporting to Centre Head/ Director regarding the visited locations.
• Achieving targeted billing & collection for the month.

• Understanding current external and internal business challenges.
• Ensuring student and partners satisfaction during delivery of Candor's services.
• Build extremely high levels of engagement with the partners.
• Keep track of competition activities in the Region and report to the Centre Head or Director.
• Have good relationship building skills, problem solving skills and strong convincing power.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Should have a Good command over English & Local Language, Possessing persuasive skills, pleasant personality and orientation for achieving registration targets.
• Interpersonal skills and analytic mind.
• Planning and execution of various Sales & Marketing activities for achieving Registration targets.
• Counseling prospective students
• Converting enquiries to Registrations
• Compliance to the processes and standard as prescribed
• Timely and accurate update of MIS
• Daily Reporting to the Centre Head and Director

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience but fresher can also apply
• Must have passed graduation in any stream preference will be given to those who have completed MBA Marketing.
