WPP are seeking a talented Change Management and Business Readiness Measurement Analyst. Individuals must have experience creating measurement dashboards, advising on measurement strategy and would ideally have knowledge of Agile programme lifecycles, business readiness and change management. You will be a key member of the Workday Programme team, providing your expertise on designing and socialising measurement of business readiness and change management activities. This would require working collaboratively with the Business Readiness and Change Management Leadership to bring both hard (quantitative) and soft (qualitative) data together visually to show the progress of the customer journey through the project lifecycle helping identify any risks, blockers, or concerns in the progress towards readiness and adoption of the solution. The reporting would provide the objective view of how ready the business is to take on the solution covering the Business Readiness (data, process, org, controls, reporting) and the Change Management (awareness of the change, desire to change, knowledge of the solution, and ability to implement required skills and behaviours) This role is suited to someone who is analytical with a customer focus that has experience in Tableau, Power BI or alternative, who would like to build their knowledge and awareness of how reporting can support data-driven decision making in the areas of Business Readiness and Change Management. What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the creation of tracking and reporting dashboards to clearly show how the business readiness and change management activities are tracking against the outcome of readiness and adoption of the solution.
  • Show how the data can support the Business Change Implementation Lead & Business Relationship and Change Managers to identify areas needing further interventions, support, or iterations to meet the readiness and adoption outcomes.
  • Apply a structured approach to measurement and reporting of progress and provide reports that support data driven decision making
  • Advise, coach, manage and mentor others to use the reporting and measurement functions
  • Develop strong relationships across internal networks and stakeholder groups
  • Highlight risks and blockers that are identified from the reporting and provide data-based evidence to the teams to support decision making on priority and interventions required
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's Degree (e.g. Business, Data Management) or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Detailed knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or similar tool to build reporting dashboards
  • Proven ability in analysis and reporting on both hard (quantitative) and soft (qualitative) data
  • Ability to publish datasets in visual formats (such as infographics,) that communicates data in a way that is easy to use, understand and digest by leadership and project teams
  • Experience of working in a multiyear, multi release program environment (preferably Agile) in a global organisation.
  • (Ideally) PROSCI qualified, SCRUM or similar Agile qualification,
  • Strong ability to lead, inspire, engage, and coach a diverse team and create an inclusive culture across geographical boundaries
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with exceptional ability to communicate effectively at different levels of organization
