Job Title : Ops Readiness Analyst Location: Pune

Introduction: Ensuring efficient and effective technical change to deliver Products and Services into production.

  • Support effective handover of new and changed technical components into operational teams
  • Support Products releases by ensuring operational and service requirements are fulfilled.
  • Document changes in process that operational teams will use to support products and service
What will you be doing? Ensure change is delivered correctly in line with internal policy and procedures.
  • Document processes for products and services including ITIL processes and support models.
  • Understands end to end service design and service transition process and change process for technical and service components, driving efficiencies to streamline the change process.
  • Ensure reporting to stakeholders is timely and accurate
  • Work on knowledge documentation and trainings for ops team
  • Support senior service designer to get write handover documentation in place
What we’re looking for:

    • Solid understanding of standard infrastructure components (Windows Server, AD)
    • Working Knowledge of CMDB and Service toolsets (ServiceFirst).
    • Understanding of Global Support Models

    • Ability to work with in a rapidly changing environment - where goals and objectives often change at short notice.
    • Having the confidence to determine your own objectives that fit within the wider team goals, rather than rely on being instructed all the time.
    • Having a positive, can do, persistent attitude, even when the cards are stacked against you.
    • Working in an Agile environment
    • Excellent communicator, that has previously work with virtual and geographically dispersed teams to deliver project tasks to tight timescales
    • Self-starter, able to drive the creation of ambitious but pragmatic plans to deliver technically complex components
    • Experienced in building project plans and managing risks, issues, dependencies and pulling teams together to work through these items while managing stakeholder expectations
