:  ZS’s Software Development team designs, implements, tests and supports high quality products that help hundreds of companies and thousands of end users make critical decisions. Whether writing distributed optimization algorithms or advanced mapping and visualization interfaces, you will have an opportunity to solve challenging problems and make an immediate impact ASSOCIATE PRODUCT MANAGER Responsibilities:

• Works with client teams, customers, UX and Product Management to understand business requirements and customer pain points.
• Performs low level research to break down high level business requirements into written detailed requirements consumable by engineering teams.
• Participates in scrum meetings to provide clarity on requirements and acceptance criteria at requirement level.
• Ramps up on products to understand the requirements in context of products.
• Conducts requirements review sessions.
• Articulates the requirements with help of Visio diagrams where makes sense.
• Manages and tracks requirements change requests.
• Works with client teams to get an agreement on scope of changes and enhancements to existing products.
• Must be able to explain design decisions to their peers and articulate the advantages and risks of their decisions to senior managers. This is a hands-on position requiring strong analyst skills.
• Works with Technical Writer(s) on product release notes, training material and user guide updates.
• Must be able to give demo of the product to client teams when required.
• Must become go to person for how products are used and configured.

Qualifications: Â ZS welcomes candidates with degrees in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or a related discipline. Additionally, we seek individuals with the following qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's Degree in CS, EE, or related discipline
• Strong analytic, problem solving, and programming ability
• Initiative and drive to contribute
• Excellent organizational and task management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in global cross-office teams
• ZS is a global firm; fluency in English is required
