Whether writing distributed optimization algorithms or advanced mapping and visualization interfaces, you will have an opportunity to solve challenging problems and make an immediate impact. ZS Associates, a global leader in sales and marketing effectiveness, is looking for Product Manager to join our team in Pune. The Software team at ZS is a casual, collaborative, and smart group located in Pune & Evanston, US.
You will:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand new feature needs, building out the road map and vision to bring those features to life.
• Serve as the direct line of communication with users and of your products to maintain a constantly evolving backlog of future enhancements
• Create product vision & product roadmaps by partnering with senior leaders, customers etc.
• Work with client teams, UX and Product Management to understand business requirements and customer pain points.
• Partner with UX teams to drive the product feature design
• Work across the business, engineering, and product orgs to execute your roadmap at lightning speed.
• Participate in scrum meetings to provide clarity on requirements and acceptance criteria at requirement level.
• Ramp up on products to understand the requirements in context of products.
• Conduct requirements review sessions.
• Articulate the requirements with help of Visio diagrams where makes sense.
• Manage and track requirements change requests.
• Work with client teams to get an agreement on scope of changes and enhancements to existing products.
• Must be able to explain design decisions to their peers and articulate the advantages and risks of their decisions to senior managers.
• Must be able to give demo of the product to client teams when required. Qualifications
• ZS welcomes candidates with degrees in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or a related discipline. Additionally, we seek individuals with the following qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience as a Software business analyst/product owner.
• Bachelor's Degree in CS, EE, or related discipline
• Strong analytic, problem solving, and programming ability
• Initiative and drive to contribute
• Excellent organizational and task management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in global cross-office teams
