- Position: Associate Product Manager

- Location: Hyderabad/Remote

- Reporting to: Director-Product

About the Role:

This role is for an experienced Associate Product Manager/ Product Manager, passionate about using technology to build products that customers love. You will be joining a fast-growing environment and working with cross-functional teams to build and release products, driving exponential growth.

Key success metrics for this role

1. Develop scalable products with best User experience

2. Improve activation, engagement & retention (DAU & MAU)

3. Improve CLTV & NPS

Responsibilities:

- Manage & own all stages of the product life cycle from inception to launch while creating the best customer experiences

- Able to put efforts that should result in measurable improvements in customer's experience

- Work closely with the Leadership team to define the right product roadmap & strategy to deliver the business goals of ekincare

- Be the voice of the users, understand what & why they need, and build products accordingly.

- Define key metrics for user engagement. Track, and analyze data to redefine the user engagement strategy

MUST Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical & communication skills

- Result oriented and ready to take complete ownership

- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, customer support, design, and engineering teams

- Ability to organize, manage, prioritize, and execute tasks

Ideal Candidate:

- 1+ years of demonstrated experience of managing internet products (prior UI/UX Design and software development experience preferred)

- Bachelor's degree in design, engineering, healthcare, or business administration (Masters preferred)

- Has a passion for solving for healthcare consumers in India
