About the Opportunity: Ellucian is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our product solutions team. Individual should be innovative, hands-on and driven to delight customers. This future product management all-star will be a key contributor on our enrollment managment team servicing customer needs and crafting new innovative solutions that influence millions of prospective students globally. Associate Product Managers collaborate across the organization; partnering with Ellucian R&D, UX, Marketing, and Sales to deliver high-value customer-centric solutions, while engaging across Ellucian teams to ensure customer and product success.
Where you will make an impact:

• Conduct customer research, product discovery and synthesize market factors into a cohesive product strategy
• Author epics and stories to support completion of initiatives
• Collaborate with customers to understand challenges & opportunities
• Prioritize and guide development activities to continuously deliver value to customers
• Work collaboratively with R&D and UX to build roadmaps and plan releases
• Evangelize for the product area through in-person and virtual presentations and engagements
• Support sales process with product expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional success team, comprised of leaders across all phases of the customer journey, to achieve successful customer adoption, value realization, satisfaction and overall solution health

• 5 years Analyst experience with preference given to the Enrollment Management domain (Recruiting, Admissions & Aid)
• Experience with creation of SaaS products and connective APIs
• Experience with JTBD and product discovery frameworks
• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
• Curious, willing to ask questions and take feedback, and driven to delight customers
• Insatiable desire to grow in product by learning the craft and delivering results
• Outcome-focused, with customer value always in mind
• Able to confidently demonstrate products, and influence senior management, and other internal or external stakeholders
• Process-oriented decision-maker who uses data to back decisions
• Ability to balance conflicting priorities and work independently
