Urgent Requirement for a Leading Investment Bank

Position : Assistant Manager- Client Servicing (Asset Management)

Years of experience: 2+ Years

Location: Mumbai

5 days working.

Timings : 9 am to 6 pm.

Responsibilities :

- Being the point of contact for all things regarding PMS accounts from initiation of account opening till funding of the account.

- Facilitating Onboarding of PMS accounts through Online and Offline channels.

- Co-ordinating with RMs for account openings and client details, co-ordinating with clients for their details required for account opening, coordinating with Custody(s) account opening team for setting up demat/ Bank accounts of clients, coordinating with internal back office team for resolving system issues.

- Follow-ups with RMs and clients on PMS account openings initiated but not opened as well as accounts opened but not funded.

- Handling queries of clients after the accounts are activated and generating and sharing reports / statements with clients as and when requested.

- Handling Financial transactions like PMS redemptions, closures, liquidation, and stock transfers from end to end.

- Handling non-financial transaction requests (Change in address/mobile number/email IDs/transmissions etc) from end to end.

- Update and maintain MIS of account openings, AUM data, post account openings and follow-ups.

- Organising and scheduling quarterly/ half-yearly portfolio reviews between client and fund manager.

- Ensuring adherence to Compliance policies.

Skillset Required:

- Working knowledge of excel, PowerPoint, word and other MS Office applications.

- Analytical aptitude and critical thinking ability to resolve queries that are raised.

- Technical knowledge and knowhow of financial instruments and capital markets.
