Job Description

Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and challenges, and design tailored data and AI solutions using cloud-based technologies. Serve as the primary technical advisor and point of contact for customers, providing guidance on architecture, best practices, and solution scenarios. Design scalable and cost-effective data architectures based on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, and Google components. Design and build solutions with Open Source and Closed Source LLM models, fine[1]tune as required. Implement analytics capabilities using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to empower clients with data-driven insights. Take end-to-end responsibility for architecture issues, ensuring solutions are secure, efficient, and aligned with industry standards. Collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including technical design, proposal development, and solution presentations. Lead and mentor other colleagues within the team, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data and AI technologies and apply this knowledge to enhance solution offerings. Collaborate with other teams within the practice to create holistic solutions that address diverse client needs. Primary Skills Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data engineering, AI engineering, or related roles. Proven expertise in designing and implementing architectures on cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or Google Cloud. Extensive knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration technologies. Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions is a strong plus. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for creating compelling reports and dashboards. Secondary Skills Solid understanding of security, privacy, and compliance aspects related to data and AI solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
