About Company: Hiring for Market Research firm that provides custom market research solutions to the clients.
Role: Existing account Servicing and Cross Selling
Location: Delhi, Okhla
Experience- Min 5 years in any Research Based Organisation (experience in global & domestic client facing role)
Key Expectation: - Existing Account Penetration and Expansion with Day-to-day Servicing Launch to Delivery Coordination
Job description: Responsible for dealing with existing client and, by maintaining and enhancing client relationships, contributes to business development by (a) Successful Delivery and (b) account penetration by grab first opportunity to Cross Selling services, (c) Manage large existing account.
- Maintain close relationships with clients to enhance trust level and explore further business opportunities.
- Good project management skills from proposal stage to final presentation
- Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
