Account Manager (Online Research) - We have a job opportunity with our client, a leading marketing research company for the role of Account Manager.Responsibility :- Serve as primary contact for all the stake holders, clients, vendors and key management team and will be responsible to handle a team of 5-6 people with 2-3 direct reporters.- Manage bidding along with the additional responsibility of sample proposition, sample management, RFQ of online surveys.- Responsible for cultivating large clientele by understanding their sales and marketing intelligence gaps and challenges and then developing and selling custom primary research programs that exceed their expectations.- Client interaction during the bidding stage to understand the scope of the project and offer the right sample solution.- Account Manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with our services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conferences, and trainings.Background :- Pre-Sales, Business Development/ End to End Research Solutions across the Market Research industry. DIY platform product and services.Experience :- Must have research experience (7 to 8 years) in the MR industry.- Must have pre-sales experience in the US/APAC and EU markets.- Should have to experience in finding new clients and up-selling to current client's online research.- Should be able to utilize pre- existing network of clients and contacts in the Marketplace.Education :- Any Graduate, MCA/PGDC/MBA in Marketing/Computer Application or Any equivalent degree or Equivalent professional experience required.
