Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary & secondary market research to analyze competitors, determine brand perceptions, understand customer needs, industry benchmarks and develop client radiation/penetration strategies
- Be the intelligence arm of Quinnox
- Support various functions at Quinnox - Sales, HR, Practice, Pre-sales, Advisory, Analyst & Inside Sales
- Complete competitive analysis to maintain competitive advantages
- Manage market segmentation, targeting, and positioning exercises as and when needed
- Create target database based on market, industry and practice intelligence
- Hands-On Experience with Strategy and Competitive Analysis
- Help Determine Potential Markets, and Demand
- Detailed account/prospect research for insights on the account and prospects
- Market trends and latest news related to our way-Forward strategy/focus
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, senior management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong business management and analysis skills
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales and business processes
- Hands on experience of Salesforce.com
- Strong computer skills including BI and reporting software
- Familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies
- Common computer programs (MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Online survey tools (such as ConfirmIt) and
- Syndicated data sources (such as Nielsen or The NPD Group)
- Time management, critical thinking and problem solving skills to complete marketing research in a timely, precise manner
- MBA in Marketing with at least 3 years in Marketing analysis experience in IT companies
- Familiar with Social Media, Online, and Mobile Research Techniques
