Functional / Technical Skills
Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
Facilitate discussions, decision making and conflict resolution
Leading the definition and validation of delivery process and standards

Excellent leadership and motivational skills
Experience working in Agile / Scrum team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PMI/SAFE or equivalent agile certifications

Should have experience in BFSI domain.
Should be able to work closely with Architects, Developers, Integration Partners and Manage stakeholders.
Should be technically competent to understand the solution and bottlenecks and help the team to move forward.
Should have delivered large projects from inception to implementation.
Should have managed 25+ member team and collaborate with the teams outside of the squad.
Should be hands-on and be able to run all Agile ceremonies and work on JIRA and MS Project as required.
Should be always on top of the status and maintain and publish daily trackers/reports depending on the phase of the project.
Should be able to influence others and get the work done.
Should have the aptitude to keep learning and demonstrate agility and can-do attitude.
The Successful Applicant
Roles/Responsibilities
Experience and expertise in playing Delivery role in large programs in Lending, Retail, e-Commerce and Mobile domain
Should manage scope, timelines, and cost of the project.
Work closely with the product teams, estimate and plan for the project execution, track and manage risks and issues.
Manage resource onboarding to the squad.
Manage work allocations and success of the project by making the best use of the available skillset in the team. Flag any issues related to resourcing, proactively take actions to maintain the productivity of the team.
Work with the external partners, internal teams, and the architects to finalise the solution design and integration specifications.
Work with various teams in the organisation along with Architect and take ownership of finalising the environment strategy, devops, code branching strategy, release plans and implementations.
Work with internal teams and facilitate the development, testing, implementation, change and release management across teams to deliver the project and minimise rework.
Should be able to work in challenging and dynamically changing environment and take proactive measure to keep project on track and flag the deviations and take corrective actions.
Build the teams cohesiveness and synergy to improve collaboration within squad and across teams.
Identify ways to increase employee knowledge and skills to support future growth
Work closely with the product owner, development team and the core platform team to deliver the most efficient integrated Financial Services products on the Tata Digital's Omni channel platform.
