Reporting into the Chief Product Officer, Skyhigh Security is seeking a customer focused, proven engineering executive and experienced people leader to assume the role of VP, Engineering. In this role, you will drive the long term technology vision, lead delivery of global engineering teams and shape company priorities into a clear and actionable roadmap.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engineering Leadership

• Lead technical strategy and execution for multiple product lines with emphasis on delivering world class innovation for our customers
• Provide architectural guidance, influence technical vision, and instill high-quality SDLC process within engineering teams
• Understand customer needs, and partner with peers (e.g., Product management, Cloud operations, Customer Success, Pre-Sales) to build a strategic roadmap, while aligning on priorities, timelines, tradeoffs, and risks
• Ensure engineering excellence and rigor in architecture, execution, and delivery
• Establish clear and aspirational quality goals while committing the organization to improved performance and accountability
• Inspire, grow, and manage a global technical engineering team
• Develop strong partnerships with cross functional teams and executives across the global organization

REQUIREMENTS:

• 15 years of senior leadership experience building enterprise-grade products at high scale; security product experience preferred
• 5+ years' experience of proven successful delivery and adoption of customer-facing products, using cloud technologies
• Excellent knowledge of engineering SLDC process, quality, and security best practices
• Track record of implementing successful initiatives in new fast-growing environments.
• Background includes leading large technical teams across multiple geographies
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information tech. Master's degree preferred.
