VP - Finance & Accounts
Hiring for Bank / Financial Sector
- Review and finalization of financial statements under IND AS (IFRS).
- Preparation and finalization of consolidated financial statements under IGAAP & IND AS.
- Scrutinize, maintain and finalize the books of accounts as per schedule of The Companies Act Indian Accounting Standards and Tax Compliance (Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet, Cash flow statement, Notes to Accounts and Schedules).
- Finalization of financial reports, Segment Reporting and other exhibits as requested.
- Coordinating with the management team to support the financial closing process, including financial analysis, Board presentations and Investor presentation reports.
- Manage in preparation of annual financial plan (guidance), monitoring variances and undertake control measure.
- Managing GL Reconciliation (including inter office accounts) and related RBI compliances
- Overseeing the restructuring process and related RBI compliances
