Job Overview

We are looking for a Vendor Management Cum Billing professional to join our team at Centrix Interiors. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and ensuring accurate and timely billing for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in vendor management or billing
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with billing software
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of vendor management best practices and industry trends

• Manage and develop relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and pricing terms
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure vendors deliver services on time
• Track and manage vendor performance, addressing any issues or concerns that arise
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for client projects, working closely with the finance team
• Monitor and analyze vendor costs and recommend cost-saving measures
• Maintain vendor databases and documentation, ensuring all records are up to date
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize vendor management processes
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in vendor management
