Roles and Responsibilities Manage vendor activities and maintain both new and existing vendor relationships
Vendor management \xe2\x80\x93 for new vendor due diligence and vendor resource management
Vendor registration and data management, vendor repository maintenance
Vendor master management
Adherence to Corporate policies and Regulations from time to time
Ensure timelines are met for regulatory reporting
Coordinate with different business functions including IT department, Risk Management,
Finance , project managers and other Internal teams for all related activities of vendor
Vendor financial health check \xe2\x80\x93annual
Vendor due diligence and classification (material/ non-material/ outsourcing)
Risk assessment checklist submissions for vendor \xe2\x80\x93 ongoing , on boarding , off boarding,
score cards etc.
Vendor performance management and SLA measurement
Vendor outsourced staff management \xe2\x80\x93 including on boarding of staff \xe2\x80\x93 data mgmt.,
BGV and ID, Access management, attendance and billing,
Regulatory and non-statutory submissions related to vendor staff and registered
vendors
Monthly MIS and reporting
Manage adhoc requirements related to vendor
Ability to understand problems, identify opportunities of improvement and provide
solutions and innovative cost cutting initiatives.
Good working knowledge in MS-Excel, vendor management systems
