US Accounting/Payroll Manager (India, Remote) Stage 4 Solutions, Inc. (www.stage4solutions.com) is a fast growing staffing firm focused on filling Marketing, Technology and Operations roles at High Tech companies and Government agencies. We are based in Santa Clara, CA; with offices in FL, NJ, and PA. We have experienced growth this year and need to expand our internal Accounting and Operations team to meet our growing client demands. The US Accounting/Payroll Manager will work for the Director of Operations and will support payroll processing, Invoice generation, timesheet collection, and open enrollment for benefits. This is a full time job; 40 hour per week role as an independent consultant, based in India (remote). Must work PST US business hours. Responsibilities:

• Payroll processing Support: Collection of employee timesheets for bi-monthly payroll Follow up with employees on late timesheet submissions and resolves timesheet discrepancies Manage weekly timesheets within client systems; and weekly invoice creation Support of open enrollment benefits process Provides support with employee updates, distribution of communication materials Support with other accounting responsibilities, as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience working in Payroll and Accounting team for a US based company A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook Experience with ADP WorkforceNow, or other payroll systems Good verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree
