At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-events or offsites. Your hiring manager can share more about this role\'s hybrid or remote time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you\'ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.\xe2\x80\x8b

What you\'ll get to do...

The Cisco Telecom Resource will provide remote assistance in all aspects of the day-to-day global GoDaddy telephony operations. This person should be able to work within a team environment, interact directly with all levels within the organisation and handle multiple projects/tasks in a high-paced and dynamic environment. This individual will also be required to participate in an on-call rotation and should be able to work after-hours for troubleshooting issues and working on deployments as needed. Some travel is required.

Our work is not limited to support either, we are continually engineering solutions to empower the organisation. For this job in particular, our focus is on triage and getting users back out into their environment so they can continue to do their jobs well!

• Completing MAC (move, add, change) requests inclusive of Cisco call manager, OrecX call recording platform, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Hard Phones, Cisco CUIC and Cisco UCCE
• Providing Cisco VoIP troubleshooting support for remote and in-office end users; inclusive of Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Expressway, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Hard Phones, Cisco Finesse, Cisco SIP dialer, OrecX call recording and Cisco UCCE. Turning around short-term resolutions and purposefully tracking/resolving long-term issues
• Providing remote support for all aspects of the Cisco VoIP network; inclusive of telephony circuits, hardware, software, and application assistance when applicable
• Prioritisation is key in this role. Looking at any tasks that may breach SLA, prioritising potential white glove support and employing amazing soft skills is what makes us a phenomenal team
• Providing remote assistance as needed for SIP\\circuit troubleshooting and\\or voice provider engagements and escalations
• Documentation of task and standard operating procedures. Documenting new knowledge and updating current knowledge as needed

Your experience should include...

• The resource should have a working knowledge as well as troubleshooting experience with voice\ etwork communications (Cisco VoIP preferrable) and local area network/wide area network (LAN/WAN) operations
• Working knowledge of IP Phones and other Endpoints
• Junior level development and automation experience preferred
• SNOW, JSON and SQL knowledge a plus
• Ability to participate in a small work group in a solutions-oriented manner that lead to creative outcomes
• Adept at handling simultaneous projects and initiatives in an organised manner
• Innovating! Creative thinking for automating processes and workflows

• Four-year college degree in technology related field or equivalent experience is preferred
• Zoom Phone experience
• Experience with Help One/Unimax
