This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position, as decided by your manager. If designated as hybrid, you\'ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote, you\'ll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites. Reporting to a Senior Director of Product Management, this is a role on the GoDaddy Studio product team. Our mission is to support small e-commerce businesses and provide all the tools that a business owner needs to sell their product or service online. Even better, they can do it all from the palm of their hand on their mobile device. We help our users quickly establish an online brand presence, set up a simple website, and provide the tools for ongoing social media content creation and sales. What you\'ll get to do...

• Lead a product of high complexity involving multiple dependencies and be responsible for portfolio-level product outcomes
• Create and bring alignment on a shared vision of product priorities across teams. Objectively prioritise product development efforts & partner with the Finance team to establish & measure business outcomes
• Drive planning and execution of products independently within larger business units or divisions
• Be the go-to resource to learn about customers: research, feedback, and industry trends related to a product
• Set direction for the design of user experience. Partner with engineers across teams to translate roadmap and requirements into atomic tasks
• Mentor ICs on job-specific skills and career development. Help team members improve their contribution to GoDaddy through direct and timely actionable feedback
• Partner with a product analyst to craft and analyse A/B test outcomes and team reporting metrics
• Understand the iOS and Android ecosystem and use platform-specific functionality to improve user experiences

Your experience should include...

• 8+ years of Product Management experience
• Proven experience applying the scientific method (experimentation) to make data-driven decisions to create and implement a roadmap
• Enjoy weaving narratives on how products can change customer\'s lives.
• Proven ability to establish direction, goals, expectations, and work plans for larger teams or departments
• Experience collaborating with designers, developers, marketers, and customers in an agile environment. You have the ability to influence priorities, timelines, trade-offs, and processes across teams, including partner teams

You might also have...

• SaaS and/or native mobile app experience preferred
• A love for social media and experience with creating engaging content
• Curiosity about trending content and functions on social media
• Experience starting or running a small business or building products or services for small business customers
